David Vermeesch is a creative executive specializing in enabling companies to thrive during periods of organizational change by telling their stories in fresh and inventive ways.

His focus is identity building, brand stewardship, convergent marketing communications, and customer experience management.

Originally a graphic designer by trade, David co-founded the Chicago-based marketing communications agency, Ergo Creative, in 1995. As a creative director and consultant, David has led successful marketing and brand development initiatives in some of the most complex business and non-profit operational environments.

Notable engagements include clients such as Bluewater, First Fruits of Zion, Strategic World Impact, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Grainger Tool, PowerShares, US Cellular, Walgreens, Wheaton College, World Evangelical Alliance, AccuWeather, First Alert, ServiceMaster, Terminix, TrueGreen.

After 20 years in Chicago, David now lives and works from a studio on their 1886 Michigan farmstead near the Grand Traverse Bay. David enjoys spending time with his wife and son, tending the farm, kayaking, biblical studies, and restoring old things.
